Returns and Refunds
COCOU accepts returned merchandise within thirty (30) days of order. (shipping and handling not refundable) Just let us know why the product did not meet your satisfaction by contacting contact@cocou.co
Returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original packing slip and/or a copy of the receipt then refunds or product credit will be made. Note that any refund or exchange will not include or cover the cost of return shipping.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
In the event that product is defective or arrives damaged from a Carrier, the customer will need to submit a claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be made within 7 days of purchase. Please contact a COCOU customer care agent or email contact@cocou.co We will send a replacement once the request is processed. Customers are asked to include digital photo(s) of the damaged or defective product so COCOU can forward to our Carrier.
STOLEN OR LOST SHIPMENT CLAIMS
COCOU will include tracking numbers for every package sent. The customer is responsible for checking with their local postal carrier if a tracking number shows a package was delivered yet the customer has not received it. In this case, the customer will be required to file a lost/stolen claim with their local post office. After a shipment has been reported lost with the local carrier, a request may be made with COCOU for replacement of the lost shipment.
RETURNING PRODUCTS TO COCOU
Requests for product exchanges or returns must be submitted and approved by a COCOU customer care agent email us at contact@cocou.co If approved, a customer care representative will provide instructions for your return. Note that any refund or exchange will not include or cover the cost of return shipping. We will ship replacement products within 2 business days through standard rate shipping service.
SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS
Subscription products are not available for refund or exchange. All sales are final.
